Description

The Moxa UPort 1650I-8-G2 is an 8-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 to RS-232/422/485 serial converter with 2 kV isolation between the serial ports and the host computer. It suits industrial, instrumentation and point-of-sale deployments that need reliable connectivity to legacy serial devices, and it operates across a 0 to 60°C temperature range.

Each port provides DB9 male connectivity with software-selectable RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 modes, a 512-byte on-chip FIFO and hardware or software flow control. Drivers are provided for a broad selection of operating systems including Windows and Linux, and corner LEDs show power, TX and RX status at a glance.
