Description

The NPort 5610-16 is a 16-port RS-232 rackmount serial device server that makes serial devices network-ready over a 10/100 Ethernet LAN. It provides sixteen 8-pin RJ45 serial ports, a 100 to 240 VAC universal power input and a 19-inch rackmount metal housing, making it a practical choice for consolidating serial equipment in server rooms, control rooms and industrial cabinets.

Operation modes include Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Reverse Telnet, RFC2217 and Pair Connection, with Real COM and Real TTY drivers for Windows, Linux and macOS. An LCD panel and push buttons allow on-device setup, while Web (HTTP/HTTPS) and Telnet consoles, SNMPv1/v2c/v3 and HTTPS (TLS 1.2) support remote management and secure access.
