Overview
What is the Eaton UPSgrade Programme?
The Eaton UPSgrade Programme is a simple, end-to-end upgrade and recycling service designed for businesses replacing their UPS. As a valued Eaton partner, IP Trading can provide access to this trade-up programme when you purchase an eligible Eaton single-phase UPS. Eaton will organise the pickup and certified recycling of your old unit at no additional cost, making it easy for you to handle the end of life of your unit.
It doesn’t matter what brand your existing UPS is. All major brands are accepted, including legacy Eaton regardless of age or condition. This makes upgrading straightforward, without limitations on your current infrastructure.
The process is seamless and fully managed from start to finish. Once you purchase an eligible Eaton UPS through IP Trading, you simply submit a UPSgrade request with our support team. Eaton will then arrange pickup of your old unit and ensure it is responsibly recycled, with certification provided upon completion. From replacement through to disposal, everything is handled for you.
The programme is designed to deliver clear, practical benefits. You receive pickup and recycling, with no transport or disposal costs. All recycling is certified and compliant with e-waste regulations, and the process requires minimal effort from your team as it is managed end-to-end.
The Eaton UPSgrade Programme is available across Australia and New Zealand, covering both metro and regional locations, ensuring broad accessibility wherever your business operates.
Unlike many trade-in or recycling programmes, there are no brand restrictions, no drop-off requirements, and no hidden costs. It’s simply a straightforward way to upgrade your infrastructure while responsibly disposing of your old equipment.
