Why are prices not displayed for all items on your website?
Some products on our website are not available for direct eCommerce purchase due to vendor restrictions or manufacturer policies that prohibit online pricing. In other cases, pricing may vary depending on volume, project requirements, or bundled solutions, and is therefore provided on a deal-by-deal basis. If you’re interested in any item without a listed price, please contact our sales team for a fast, tailored quote.
What warranty is provided?
All items sold by IP Trading are supplied with the vendor's standard warranty. Contact us to enquire about extending the warranty. Where extended warranties are available these are provided at an additonal cost.
What is your returns policy?
Goods returned without the written consent of the Seller will not be accepted for credit and the Seller will be entitled to:
1. return the goods at the Customer’s expense to the Customer which expenses will be payable on demand by the Seller; or
2. hold the goods as a pledge in respect of the Customer’s indebtedness to it, whether liquidated or not, and sell the goods and apply the proceeds of sale to the amount owing by the Customer.
3. if the Seller consents to the return of the goods, the Seller will be entitled to charge a handling and restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the price of the returned goods quoted on the relevant invoice. All transportation charges (including freight charges) must be paid by the Customer. The handling and restocking fee and transportation charges will be payable by the Customer to the Seller within 7 days from the date of the return of the goods concerned.
What is your returns process?
1. Contact your account manager or email sales@iptrading.com.au
2. An RMA form will be sent to you for completion and must be returned to the e-mail address provided.
3. Once the RMA form has been reviewed, a Return Authorization will be emailed to you with instructions on how to return the item.We take warranty claims seriously and act to resolve issues quickly. Conditions of sale apply.
How can I purchase your products?
Products listed with pricing can be purchased directly through our website using a secure checkout process. For items without displayed pricing, or for bulk and project-based orders, please contact our sales team for a quote. We also support purchase orders for approved government, education, and enterprise customers.
What payment options do customers have?
EFT - Bank details will be provided on the commercial invoice.Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard Amex, 1.5% Fee. Purchase Order with payment terms for approved customers

Does IP Trading deliver Australia wide?
Yes, we deliver to customers throughout Australia.
Does IP Trading ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally however some reseller agreements may preclude us from selling their products in your country. Please contact our sales team for details. Quoted freight charge do not include or account for import duties and clearing charges. If these charges arise it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this cost.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Australia wide: 1-3 business days International: 3-10 business days
Generally add 2-7 days for out of stock items. Special order items could take significantly longer.

How do I identify if equipment offered for sale by IP Trading is new or used?
All items supplied by IP Trading are brand new and supplied through the official Australian distribution channel.

Is IP Trading able to help me with the installation of the equipment?
While we cannot directly install the equipment for you, we have developed a network of business partners who share our core values and will advise you on project design, installation and implementation. If you require installation services, let us recommend an expert.

We have a network of outstanding integrator partners that we are happy to recommend for network design, installation and support throughout Australia and the Pacific Islands.
