Returns Policy

How to request a return

All returns need written approval from IP Trading before goods are sent back. To request approval, contact your account manager or email sales@iptrading.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. If a product is faulty, start an RMA instead, or see our Warranty page.

Returns without written consent

Goods returned without the written consent of IP Trading will not be accepted for credit. In that case, IP Trading may:

• return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense, payable on demand, or
• hold the goods as security against any amount the customer owes, and sell them to cover the unpaid balance.

Approved returns

Where IP Trading agrees to a return, a handling and restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced price of the returned goods applies. The customer also pays all transport and freight costs. The fee and freight costs are payable within 7 days of the return.
