Returns Policy
1. Return of Goods Without Seller's Consent
Goods returned without prior written consent from the Seller will not be accepted for credit. In such cases, the Seller reserves the right to:
- Return the goods to the Customer at the Customer's expense. The Customer will be required to pay these expenses on demand.
- On-site support for faster issue resolution.
- Hold the goods as collateral against the Customer's outstanding debt (whether liquidated or not). The Seller may sell the goods and use the proceeds to cover the Customer’s unpaid balance.
