Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Delivery (Australia-wide)

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery in 1 to 3 business days once shipped, via TNT Express, StarTrack, or Australia Post. Same-day dispatch is available through our 3PL services if requested before 1pm AEDT.

  • ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC: Under 10kg $16.50, 10 to 30kg $27.50, over 30kg calculated at checkout
  • NT, SA, TAS, WA: Under 10kg $27.50, 10 to 30kg $38.50, over 30kg calculated at checkout
  • Rates shown include GST.
  • Backorders: Timeframes above apply to in-stock items only. If an item is backordered, dispatch is delayed until supplier stock arrives, and we'll confirm a dispatch date with you.

Click & Collect (Matraville, NSW)

Warehouse pickup is free and generally ready within 24 hours of placing your order. Pickup is by prior arrangement only, please note we are not a showroom.

International Shipping

International shipping isn't currently available through checkout. Some brands restrict exports outside Australia, so orders may require vendor approval. If you're outside Australia, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.
