Description

The Moxa UPort 1150I is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 USB-to-serial converter with 2 kV isolation protection. It adds a software-selectable DB9 serial port to laptops and workstations that no longer have one, making it well suited to connecting instrumentation, controllers and point-of-sale equipment over USB.

Supporting up to 921.6 kbps, the converter uses a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface and a metal housing. LEDs show USB and TxD/RxD activity, and an included mini-DB9-female-to-terminal-block adapter simplifies wiring. Drivers are provided for Windows, macOS, Linux and WinCE.
