Description

The Moxa UPort 1650I-8-G2-T is an industrial USB to 8-port RS-232/422/485 serial converter with 2 kV isolation protection and a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range. It connects up to eight serial devices to a host over a single SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 link (backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1), making it well suited to factory automation, remote monitoring and other harsh-environment deployments.

Each DB9 male port is software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, supports bitrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, and has a 512-byte FIFO. The metal housing is powered by an external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor, and drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and Arm-based platforms.
