Description

The Moxa UPort 1650I-8-G2/KC is an 8-port USB to serial hub that connects RS-232/422/485 devices to a PC over a single USB 3.2 Gen 1 link. It provides 2 kV isolation protection for the serial signals, DB9 male connectors on every port, and a rugged metal housing rated for 0 to 60°C. This KC (Korean market) version suits industrial automation, data acquisition and device management setups where several serial devices need reliable connectivity.

Each port supports baudrates up to 921.6 kbps, including non-standard rates, with 512-byte FIFO buffering and automatic data direction control for RS-485. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android, with support for VMware and Parallels virtual machines and Arm-based Linux platforms. Power is supplied by an external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor.
