Description

The UPort 1650-8-G2-T/KC is an industrial 8-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 to RS-232/422/485 serial hub that connects up to eight serial devices through a single USB Type B port. This wide temperature variant operates from -40 to 75C and carries KC certification, making it suited to factory automation, field equipment and other harsh deployments.

Each DB9 male port is software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, with automatic data direction control for RS-485. The metal housing supports reliable installation, and the hub can be powered from the USB bus or an external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.
