Description

The Moxa UPort 1650-8-G2-Hub/KC is an 8-port RS-232/422/485 USB-to-serial converter with SuperSpeed USB 3.2 connectivity, built for industrial automation, data acquisition and point-of-sale deployments that need to add multiple serial devices to a PC or server. It also includes three extra downstream USB ports for hub functionality and supports cascading additional UPort-G2 devices. This Hub model is the Korean market (KC) version, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C.

Each serial port supports baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, with a 512-byte on-chip FIFO and RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF flow control for dependable throughput. The metal housing is rated IP20, and corner LEDs display power, TX and RX status at a glance. Drivers are available for Windows and Linux, among other operating systems, and the unit is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 hosts.
