Description

The UPort 1650-16 is a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed to 16-port RS-232/422/485 serial hub that connects up to 16 serial devices to a single USB port on a PC or server. Each port uses a DB9 male connector and supports baudrates from 50 bps up to 921.6 kbps, making it well suited to industrial automation, data acquisition, POS and network equipment console management.

The metal housing includes a built-in 100 to 240 VAC power input and a USB Type B upstream connector, and the unit is compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 hosts. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android, with support for virtual machine environments (VMware, Parallels) and Arm-based Linux platforms.
