Description

The Moxa UPort 1610-8-G2/KC is an industrial 8-port USB to RS-232 serial hub that adds eight DB9 serial ports to a laptop or workstation through a single USB 3.2 connection. This KC (Korea certification) variant supports RS-232 and operates across a 0 to 60°C temperature range, making it suited to test benches, machine control rooms and equipment commissioning.

It supports baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps and includes a 512-byte FIFO with RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF flow control for reliable data handling. Power can be supplied over the USB bus or by an external adapter, and drivers are available for a broad selection of operating systems including Windows and Linux.
