Description

The UPort 1450I-G2-T/KC is an industrial 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 to RS-232/422/485 serial hub that lets a single USB port connect up to four serial devices. It is the -T wide temperature version, rated for -40 to 75°C operation, and provides 2 kV isolation protection on the serial side. This SKU carries KC certification.

Each DB9 male serial port is software selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, with Automatic Data Direction Control for RS-485, a 512-byte FIFO and baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps including non-standard rates. The metal housing can be powered from USB bus power or a 12 to 48 VDC external adaptor, and drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.
