Description

The Moxa UPort 1450-G2 is an industrial USB 3.2 Gen 1 to 4-port RS-232/422/485 serial converter with DB9 male connectors, ideal for adding multiple serial ports to a PC or industrial controller. This 4-port, non-isolated model is housed in a rugged metal enclosure and operates across a 0 to 60°C temperature range, supporting baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps.

It can be powered from the USB bus or from an external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor, and includes 0.5 kV surge protection, 512-byte FIFO and automatic data direction control for RS-485. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android, including Arm-based Linux platforms.
