Description

The Moxa UPort 1450-G2-T/KC is an industrial 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 to RS-232/422/485 serial hub that connects four serial devices to a single USB port. This KC-certified, non-isolated variant is built for harsh sites, with a metal housing and a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range.

Each DB9 male port is software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, with a 512-byte FIFO per port and baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps. The hub can run from USB bus power or an external 12 VDC adapter, and drivers are provided for Windows, Linux and other operating systems, making it well suited to adding reliable serial connectivity to PCs and industrial computers.
