Description

The Moxa UPort 1450-G2/KC is an industrial USB 3.2 Gen 1 to 4-port RS-232/422/485 serial hub, supplied as the KC-certified (Korea), non-isolated version with a 0 to 60°C operating range. It adds four DB9 male serial ports to a PC over a single USB Type B connection, with each port software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485.

A metal housing, 512-byte FIFO, baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps and automatic data direction control for RS-485 make it suited to connecting PLCs, meters, sensors and other serial devices to modern PCs. It can be bus-powered or run from an external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor, and drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.
