Description

The UPort 1410-G2 is an industrial USB to 4-port RS-232 serial converter that connects four serial devices to a single SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 port. Four DB9 male serial ports, a 512-byte FIFO and baudrates up to 921.6 kbps make it suited to industrial automation, data acquisition and device management. This 4-port RS-232 model operates across a 0 to 60°C temperature range.

The converter is built in a rugged metal housing and can be powered from the USB bus or an optional external 12 to 48 VDC adaptor. It is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 hosts, and drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android, as well as VMware and Parallels virtual machines.
