Description

The Moxa UPort 1250I-G2 is a 2-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 to RS-232/422/485 serial converter with 2 kV isolation on the serial ports. It is powered directly from the USB bus, so no external adapter is needed, and it adds software-selectable serial ports to laptops and workstations for connecting field equipment, instrumentation and legacy serial devices. This standard temperature model operates from 0 to 60 C.

Each DB9 male port supports baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, with a 512-byte FIFO and RTS/CTS or XON/XOFF flow control for dependable data transfer. A metal housing, latching USB cable and corner LEDs for power, TX and RX status make it well suited to engineering, test bench and point-of-sale deployments. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.
