Description

The Moxa NPort S9450I-2M-SC-WV-T is a rugged 4-port RS-232/422/485 serial device server with a built-in managed Ethernet switch, designed for power substation and harsh industrial deployments. It combines 3 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports with 2 x 100BaseFX multi-mode SC fibre ports, runs from 24/48 VDC dual power inputs and operates across a -40 to 85°C temperature range.

Serial ports use DB9 male connectors with 2 kV isolation and 4 kV surge protection, and support Real COM, RFC2217, TCP Client/Server, UDP, Modbus and DNP3 modes. The unit is IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 compliant, includes 2 digital inputs and 2 relay alarm contacts, and supports DIN-rail mounting, with wall mounting available via an optional kit.
