Description

The Moxa NPort P5150A is a compact 1-port RS-232/422/485 PoE serial device server that makes serial devices network-ready over 10/100 Ethernet. This standard temperature model operates from 0 to 60°C, and it can be powered by an IEEE 802.3af PoE source or a 12-48 VDC adapter, which simplifies installation where mains power is hard to reach.

Built-in surge protection on the serial, Ethernet and power lines helps protect connected equipment in industrial environments. Real COM and TTY drivers for Windows, Linux and macOS, plus flexible TCP and UDP operation modes, allow legacy serial devices to be integrated into existing network and SCADA setups without changing the attached equipment.
