Description

The Moxa NPort IA5450I-G2 is a 4-port industrial serial device server that connects RS-232/422/485 serial devices to Ethernet. It features four software-selectable DB9 male serial ports, two cascading 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports, 2 kV serial isolation and an operating range of -10 to 60°C, making it well suited to factory automation, building management and utility applications.

A metal IP30 housing, 12 to 48 VDC power input and surge protection on the serial, Ethernet and power lines support reliable DIN-rail deployment. Secure operation modes, SNMPv3 and HTTPS management, a built-in relay output with email alerts and support for IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 requirements help keep legacy serial equipment connected and monitored on modern networks.
