Description

The Moxa NPort IA5250I-TB-G2 is a 2-port DIN-rail serial device server that connects RS-232/422/485 serial devices to Ethernet networks. This terminal block variant provides 2 kV isolation protection on the serial ports and operates across a -10 to 60°C temperature range, making it suited to industrial automation, factory floor and utility deployments where legacy serial equipment must be brought onto an IP network.

Dual 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports can be cascaded for simple daisy-chain wiring or configured with the same IP or dual IP addresses for network redundancy. Security features aligned to IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2, including HTTPS (TLS 1.2), SNMPv3 and SSHv2, help protect serial data in transit. The IP30-rated metal housing supports DIN-rail and wall mounting.
