Description

The Moxa NPort IA5250AI-T-IEX is a 2-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server that connects legacy serial equipment to Ethernet networks. It features 2 kV serial isolation, dual 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports, IECEx hazardous-location certification and an extended -40 to 75°C operating range, making it suited to harsh and hazardous industrial sites.

Built in a metal DIN-rail housing with surge protection for serial, LAN and power, it supports redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs and a wide range of operation modes including Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP and Reverse Telnet. The two Ethernet ports can run on a single IP or dual IP addresses, and the unit also carries ATEX Zone 2 and UL/cUL Class I Division 2 approvals.
