Description

The Moxa NPort IA5250-G2-T is a 2-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server that connects serial equipment to Ethernet networks. This wide-temperature -T model operates from -40 to 75°C and provides two DB9 male serial ports, dual 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports for daisy-chain topologies, and 1.5 kV built-in magnetic isolation on the Ethernet interface.

Built on the second-generation NPort IA5000-G2 platform, it includes a Root of Trust with Secure Boot and a True Random Number Generator, along with secure operation modes such as Secure Real COM, Secure TCP Server, Secure TCP Client, Reverse SSH and Secure Pair Connect. Driver support covers Windows 11, Linux kernels 6.x, 5.x and 4.x, macOS 11 to 14, fixed TTY and Arm-based platforms, and it mounts on a DIN rail for cabinet installation.
