Description

The Moxa NPort IA5150I-M-SC-G2 is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server with a multi-mode SC fibre (100BaseFX) port, 2 kV serial isolation and an operating range of -10 to 60 C. It connects serial equipment to Ethernet networks over fibre runs of up to 4 km, making it well suited to plant floors, substations and other electrically noisy environments.

A metal DIN-rail housing with surge protection on the serial, Ethernet and power lines, redundant 12 to 48 VDC inputs and a relay output support dependable deployment. Secure operation modes, HTTPS, SSHv2 and SNMPv3 protect data, while an additional RJ45 port allows copper configuration and Ethernet cascading.
