Description

The Moxa NPort IA5150-M-ST-G2-T is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 DIN-rail serial device server from the second generation NPort IA5000-G2 range, designed to connect industrial serial equipment to Ethernet networks. This variant features a 100BaseFX multi-mode fibre port with an ST connector reaching up to 4 km, and a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range for harsh industrial environments.

The device supports a broad set of operating modes including Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Reverse Terminal, RFC2217 and Pair Connection, along with secure modes using TLS and SSH. Two Ethernet ports allow cascading for simpler wiring or dual IP addressing for network redundancy. Built-in 1.5 kV magnetic isolation, a metal housing and surge protection suit factory automation, energy, transport and other demanding deployments.
