Description

The NPort IA5150-M-SC-G2-T is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 serial device server for industrial automation, connecting serial equipment to Ethernet networks. It pairs a multi-mode SC 100BaseFX fibre port with a 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 port, and as the -T wide temperature model it operates from -40 to 75°C in harsh environments.

The metal IP30 housing mounts on a DIN rail and runs from 12 to 48 VDC. Dual Ethernet ports support network redundancy and cascading, while secure operation modes, surge protection on serial, Ethernet and power lines, and IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 compliance suit security-conscious industrial deployments.
