Description

The NPort IA5150-G2-T is a wide-temperature industrial serial device server with one software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port (DB9 male) and two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports. Rated for operation from -40 to 75°C, this model suits unheated cabinets, outdoor enclosures and other harsh industrial sites. It connects serial devices such as PLCs, meters and sensors to an Ethernet network, and it does not include serial isolation.

The NPort IA5000-G2 series adds secure operation modes including Secure Real COM, Secure TCP Server/Client, Reverse SSH and Secure Pair Connection, along with Secure Boot and a TRNG root of trust. Dual redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs with a relay output, a rugged IP30 metal housing for DIN-rail mounting, and Real COM and TTY drivers for Windows, Linux and macOS make it straightforward to integrate into existing automation systems.
