Description

The NPort IA5150-G2 is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server that connects serial equipment to an Ethernet network. It features two 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports for daisy-chaining devices, a software-selectable DB9 serial port and a standard operating temperature range of -10 to 60°C, making it well suited to DIN-rail installations in factory, building and utility environments.

A metal IP30 housing, redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs and a relay output for alarms support dependable operation. Secure Real COM, Secure TCP and Reverse SSH modes, together with secure boot and HTTPS, SSHv2 and SNMPv3 support, help protect serial data. Real COM, Real TTY and fixed TTY drivers cover Windows, Linux and macOS, and hazardous location certifications are included.
