Description

The Moxa NPort IA-5250 is an industrial 2-port RS-232/422/485 serial device server that connects legacy serial equipment to Ethernet networks. It features two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports sharing a single IP address, allowing devices to be daisy-chained without extra switches. This standard temperature model operates from 0 to 55°C and is built for industrial automation deployments.

Dual DC power inputs provide redundancy, while a relay output supports alarm signalling. Each serial port supports RS-232, RS-422, RS-485-2w and RS-485-4w, with baudrates from 110 to 230400 bps and 1.5 kV built-in magnetic isolation protection on the Ethernet side.
