Description

The Moxa NPort IA-5150I is an industrial 1-port RS-232/422/485 serial device server that connects serial equipment to an Ethernet network. It provides 2 kV serial isolation, two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports sharing a single IP address for Ethernet cascading, and an operating range of 0 to 55°C.

Built for factory automation and field deployments, the NPort IA5000 series unit offers redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs, a relay output for alarm notification, and automatic data direction control for RS-485. The IP30 plastic housing mounts on a DIN rail, and the unit carries ATEX and Class I Division 2 hazardous location certification.
