Description

The Moxa NPort 6250-M-SC-T is a 2-port RS-232/422/485 secure terminal server that connects serial devices to Ethernet over a 100BaseFX multi-mode SC fibre port. This wide-temperature model operates from -40 to 75°C, making it suited to factory floors, outdoor cabinets and other harsh industrial sites where fibre isolation and noise immunity matter.

Secure operation modes with remote configuration over HTTPS and SSH let you integrate legacy serial equipment into modern networks. Built-in 1.5 kV magnetic isolation, a 64 KB port buffer expandable via SD card, and flexible authentication through local accounts, RADIUS and TACACS+ support dependable, secure deployments.
