Description

The Moxa NPort 6150-T is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 secure terminal server that connects a serial device to a 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet network. It is the wide-temperature model, rated for -40 to 75°C, and is powered from 12-48 VDC (power adapter not included). SSL and SSH encryption protects serial data in transit, making it a strong fit for industrial sites that need secure remote access to legacy serial equipment.

The DB9 male serial port supports baud rates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, including non-standard rates, with RTS/CTS, DTR/DSR and XON/XOFF flow control. It offers both secure and standard operation modes, including Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Reverse Telnet and Pair Connection. HTTPS, SSHv2 and SNMPv3 management, with local, RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication, keep it manageable in controlled environments.
