Description

The Moxa NPort 5650-8-DT is a desktop 8-port serial device server that connects RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 devices (DB9 male) to an Ethernet network. It accepts 12 to 48 VDC input through two power inputs, supports baudrates up to 921.6 kbps, and includes an LCD panel with push buttons for on-device configuration.

Built in a metal housing, it adds two 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports, automatic data direction control for RS-485, a watchdog timer, buzzer and RTC. Real COM and Real TTY drivers cover Windows, Linux and macOS, while HTTPS and SNMPv3 support secure management. DIN-rail and wall mounting are available with optional kits.
