Description

The NPort 5610-8-48V is an 8-port RS-232 rackmount serial device server that connects serial devices to an Ethernet LAN through 8-pin RJ45 serial connectors. This ±48 VDC input model suits telecom and DC-powered racks, and it fits a standard 19-inch rack in a metal housing with an LCD panel and push buttons for quick IP configuration.

Each serial port supports baud rates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps and operates in Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Reverse Telnet, RFC2217 and Pair Connection modes. Real COM and Real TTY drivers cover Windows and Linux, with fixed TTY drivers for macOS, and HTTPS (TLS 1.2) and SNMPv3 secure remote management.
