Description

The Moxa NPort 5450AI-M12-CT-T is a 4-port RS-232/422/485 serial device server with M12 connectors for Ethernet and power. It connects serial devices to an Ethernet network, accepts a 12 to 48 VDC input and operates from -40 to 75°C, with PCB conformal coating for harsh industrial and rail environments.

Each DB9 male serial port provides 2 kV isolation and software-selectable RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 operation with automatic data direction control. The unit is compliant with EN 50155 on 24/48 VDC and EN 50121-4, comes in an IP40 metal housing, and is configured through a web console, Windows utility or Telnet. Drivers are available for Windows Real COM, Linux Real TTY, Fixed TTY and Android.
