Description

The NPort 5232I-T is a 2-port RS-422/485 serial device server that connects serial devices such as PLCs, meters and sensors to an Ethernet LAN. Terminal block serial connectors, 2 kV serial isolation and a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range make it suited to industrial automation and remote monitoring deployments.

It supports Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Reverse Telnet, Pair Connection and Ethernet Modem operation modes, with Windows Real COM drivers, Linux Real TTY drivers, fixed TTY drivers for macOS and other UNIX systems, and Android API support. The metal housing can be used on a desktop, wall mounted or fitted to a DIN rail with the optional kit.
