The Moxa NPort 5130A is a 1-port RS-422/485 serial device server that connects a serial device to a 10/100M Ethernet network. Part of the NPort 5100A series, it suits industrial and building automation applications where a single serial device needs network access, with a 0 to 60°C operating range and serial speeds up to 921.6 kbps.

The DB9 male serial port supports RS-422 and RS-485, with automatic data direction control for RS-485 and selectable pull high/low resistors and a 120 ohm terminator.
