Description

The NM-FX01-M-SC is a 1-port 100BaseFX multi-mode fibre Ethernet expansion module with an SC connector, built for standard temperature environments. It adds a fibre Ethernet port to compatible Moxa NPort terminal servers, giving serial-to-Ethernet deployments a fibre uplink for electrically noisy or long-run installations.

The module supports a typical multi-mode link distance of 4 km over OM1 50/125 um fibre and is designed for the NPort 6450, 6610 and 6650. Use it where an optional fibre port is needed alongside the host's standard copper interfaces.
