Description

The Moxa NE-4100-ST is an embedded serial device server starter kit built around an evaluation board for developing and testing with the NE-4100T drop-in module. It gives engineers a ready platform to prototype serial-to-Ethernet connectivity with a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface, TTL serial support and baudrates up to 230.4 kbps, before committing to a full embedded design.

The kit is designed for use with the NE-4100T, NE-4100T-P and NE-4100T-CMD embedded modules. The kit does not include a module, so at least one NE-4100 Series module must be purchased separately. It runs from a single +5 V input at 1.5 W, making it simple to power on the bench during evaluation and integration work.
