Description

The Moxa MiiNePort E3-H-T is a compact embedded serial device server that adds 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity to TTL-level serial devices. It uses a pin-header connector for direct board-level integration and is rated for -40 to 85°C operation, making it suited to industrial equipment, instrumentation and OEM designs that need network access for a serial port.

The module provides one TTL serial port with baud rates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, a single RJ45 Ethernet port with IEEE 802.3af PoE pass-through, and four software-configurable DIO channels. Operation modes include Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, RFC2217 and Ethernet Modem, and MiiNePort NetEZ functions simplify integration. It runs from a 3.3 to 5 VDC supply and can be configured through a web console or Windows utility.
