Description

The Moxa MiiNePort E1 is an embedded device server module that adds 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity to a single TTL serial device. This standard-speed model supports serial baudrates from 50 bps to 230.4 kbps, operates from 0 to 55°C and is supplied as the module only, without an evaluation board or SDK. It suits OEMs and system integrators who need to network-enable serial equipment inside a compact design.

Built on Moxa's second-generation MiiNe SoC, the drop-in module is roughly the size of an RJ45 connector and draws very little power at 3.3 VDC. NetEZ technology simplifies integration, and operation modes including Real COM, RFC2217, TCP Client, TCP Server and UDP allow it to fit into a wide range of host software environments, with drivers available for Windows, Linux, fixed TTY and Android.
