The Moxa CP-168EL-A w/o Cable is an 8-port RS-232 low-profile PCI Express x1 serial board for POS terminals, ATMs and industrial PCs that need reliable multiport serial connectivity. It supports baudrates up to 921.6 kbps and runs from a 3.3 VDC supply, so it suits everything from small-form-factor systems to standard PCs. This w/o Cable variant ships without connection cables or boxes, so you can choose the cabling that matches your RS-232 devices.

Each port provides full RS-232 signalling with hardware and software flow control, and the board includes both standard and low-profile brackets. Built-in Tx/Rx LEDs for every port make it easy to check serial activity during commissioning. Drivers are available for Windows, Linux and UNIX, and up to 8 boards can be installed in a single PC.
