Description

The Moxa CP-114UL w/o Cable is a 4-port RS-232/422/485 low-profile Universal PCI serial board for industrial automation and PC-based data acquisition. This is the standard non-isolated model with a 0 to 55°C operating range, supplied without a cable, making it suited to installations where you already have or prefer to select your own DB44 fan-out cabling.

Each port is software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, with on-chip automatic data direction control that makes RS-485 as simple to use as RS-232. The 32-bit Universal PCI interface is compatible with 3.3/5 V PCI and PCI-X slots, and up to 8 boards can be installed in a single PC. Drivers are provided for Windows, Linux and UNIX, and WEPOS is also supported.
