Description

The Moxa CP-114UL-I-DB9M is a 4-port RS-232/422/485 low-profile Universal PCI serial board with 2 kV optical isolation, built for industrial automation, point-of-sale and data acquisition systems that need reliable multiport serial connectivity. It supports baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps with a 128-byte FIFO per port and ships with a DB9 male cable, so all four serial ports are ready to connect on installation.

The board is compatible with 3.3/5 V PCI and PCI-X slots, includes on-chip automatic data direction control for RS-485, and operates across a 0 to 55°C temperature range. Drivers are available for a broad selection of operating systems including Windows and Linux, and up to 8 boards can be installed in a single PC for large serial port counts.
