The Moxa CP-112UL-DB9M is a 2-port RS-232/422/485 low-profile Universal PCI serial board for adding reliable industrial serial connectivity to a PC or industrial computer. This non-isolated variant ships with a DB9 male cable and operates across a 0 to 55°C temperature range, making it a practical choice for controlled-environment automation, point-of-sale, and device connectivity deployments.

The board uses a 32-bit Universal PCI interface compatible with 3.3/5 V PCI and PCI-X slots, with an MU860 (16C550C compatible) communication controller and 128-byte FIFO for stable data handling at up to 921.6 kbps. Up to 8 boards can be installed in a single PC, and built-in Tx/Rx LEDs on each port simplify commissioning and troubleshooting. It belongs to the CP-112UL family, whose -I model adds 2 kV isolation.
