Description

The Moxa CN2650-8 is a dual-LAN terminal server with 8 RS-232/422/485 serial ports on RJ45 connectors, built for industrial serial-to-Ethernet connectivity. Two independent 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports, each with its own MAC and IP address, support Redundant COM and dual-host redundancy so critical serial devices stay reachable if a network path or host fails. This single AC power input model operates from 0 to 55°C.

Eight operation modes cover most deployment needs, including Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, RFC2217, Terminal, Reverse Telnet, PPP and DRDAS. An LCD panel simplifies IP address setup, and management is available through a web console (HTTP/HTTPS), Telnet, serial console and the Device Search Utility. Real COM and TTY drivers are available for Windows, Linux and macOS, with Android API support for Android 3.1.x and later.
