Description

The Moxa CN2650-8-2AC is a rack-mount terminal server that connects 8 serial devices (RS-232/422/485 via RJ45) to an Ethernet network. With dual LAN and dual AC power inputs, it suits industrial serial-to-Ethernet connectivity where uptime and network resilience matter, operating across 0 to 55°C.

Two independent LAN ports each carry their own MAC and IP address, enabling redundant COM and dual-host redundancy. Real COM/TTY drivers for Windows and Linux, plus modes including TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, RFC2217, Reverse Telnet and PPP, make it adaptable to legacy serial equipment such as PLCs, meters, sensors and card readers.
