Description

The Moxa CN2650-16-2AC-T is a rackmount terminal server with 16 RS-232/422/485 serial ports on RJ45 connectors, two independent 10/100M Ethernet LAN ports and dual AC power inputs. As the wide-temperature model in the CN2600 Series, it operates from -40 to 75°C, making it suited to industrial, telecom and harsh-environment racks where serial devices need reliable network access.

Dual-LAN redundancy and redundant COM operation keep serial connections available if a network path fails, while dual-host redundancy allows a backup PC to be added to the system. Real COM and TTY drivers for Windows, Linux and macOS, plus a range of operation modes including TCP Server/Client, UDP, RFC2217, Reverse Telnet and PPP, make integration with existing software straightforward.
